Radio Story

How I got into radio · Style · Goals
How I got started
It probably all started with a feature article I read in Kodomo no Kagaku (Children's Science) when I was in elementary school.
Favourite operating style
Making sporadic, low-key transmissions across a wide variety of frequencies and modulation types.
I want to operate portable from the mountains, but I'm afraid of bears. So in Japan, bears are now appearing in the nearby mountains.
Goals & current interest
How to set up an efficient amateur radio antenna in a small backyard.
Maritime Mobile (MM) operation on a yacht homeported in Nagasaki Port
